Senior AI Process Analyst
Job Summary
To support a strategic client engagement, the full-time Senior AI Transformation Process Analyst will analyze current-state processes, identify automation and AI opportunities, and develop business blueprints for future-state workflows while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical experts.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops to understand current-state processes and document workflows, identifying opportunities for AI and operational improvements
- Assess business functions for agentic AI suitability and collaborate with SMEs to define AI-enabled business capabilities
- Develop detailed business blueprints that outline requirements, workflows, and success measures for proposed AI solutions
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
- Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and consulting engagements
- Strong facilitation skills and experience leading workshops with stakeholders
- Ability to analyze complex business challenges and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Experience working directly with cross-functional teams and building strong stakeholder relationships
