Senior AI Product Builder

Job Summary

Owning the full product loop in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior AI Product Builder will manage discovery, specifications, prototypes, and production-ready pull requests while utilizing AI tools to enhance product development in the Order Management domain.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete product development process from AI-augmented discovery to outcome measurement
• Conduct customer discovery and synthesize research using AI tools to inform product decisions
• Analyze product metrics and usage patterns to define success metrics and prioritize the roadmap

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product engineering, or a related field with hands-on AI tool usage
• Ability to write precise story/specs that AI tools can act on directly
• Technical fluency in reading data models and evaluating API contracts
• Proven track record of shipping working prototypes or production code
• Experience in supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, transportation, or e-commerce technology
