Senior AI Product Builder

Job Summary

Owning the full build loop for Automation Product and Strategy, the remote Senior AI Product Builder will integrate ShipBob's WMS with automation hardware, utilizing AI tools to drive productivity and quality improvements across the fulfillment network.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage the entire product loop from discovery to production, ensuring accountability for outcomes
• Conduct customer discovery and synthesize research using AI tools to inform product strategy and development
• Evaluate and recommend automation hardware options, integrating them into the WMS to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or engineering, with hands-on AI tool usage
• Ability to write precise story/specs that AI tools can act on directly, including data contracts and business rules
• Technical fluency in reading data models and evaluating API contracts
• Experience in supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, or e-commerce technology
• Proven track record of shipping working prototypes or production code in a fast-paced environment
