Senior AI Product Builder

Job Summary

Owning the full product build loop, the full-time remote Senior AI Product Builder will drive the development of AI-augmented prototypes and production-ready solutions for Sortation Technology, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in inventory sorting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage the full product loop from discovery to production, ensuring accountability for outcomes
• Conduct customer discovery and synthesize research using AI tools to inform product development
• Analyze product metrics and define success metrics and thresholds for performance evaluation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product engineering, or a related field with hands-on AI tool usage
• Proven ability to write precise story/specs that AI tools can directly act upon
• Technical fluency in reading data models and evaluating API contracts
• Experience in supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, or e-commerce technology, with a focus on sortation technology preferred
• Strong ownership of outcomes, with the ability to set and track success metrics post-launch
