Job Summary
Designing and delivering engaging technical training, the full-time Senior AI Product Enablement Specialist will create complex lab scenarios, manage training platforms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build hands-on lab scenarios that reflect customer environments across containers, Kubernetes, and public cloud
- Own the automation and reliability of the training platform, ensuring smooth operation during sessions
- Deliver engaging technical training and workshops, adapting content to diverse audience maturity levels
Required qualifications
- Deep expertise in containers, Kubernetes, Linux, and public cloud services
- Fluent coding skills in 1-2 languages such as Bash, Python, or Go, and experience with YAML and Markdown
- 3+ years of experience in instructing complex concepts with a strong track record in technical writing
- Comfortable using AI coding/agent clients as part of the daily workflow
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, for delivering global training
