Senior AI Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving agentic product strategy, the full-time Senior AI Product Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered features, influence the product roadmap through customer insights, and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance software development workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and track KPIs for product performance and AI capability adoption
• Define and own the strategy and roadmap for AI-powered features within an assigned product area
• Lead cross-functional teams through full development cycles, from discovery to post-launch adoption

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on AI-powered features
• Experience in SaaS product management; insurance industry experience is a plus
• Working knowledge of AI/ML capabilities as applied to product features
• Strong strategic thinking and data analysis skills
• Expertise in product management methodologies and business strategy
