Senior AI Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving agentic product strategy, the full-time Senior AI Product Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered features, influence the product roadmap, and collaborate with engineering and data science teams to enhance user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Defines and owns the strategy and roadmap for AI-powered features within an assigned product area
• Leads cross-functional teams through full development cycles, from discovery to post-launch adoption
• Develops and tracks KPIs for product performance, ensuring alignment with customer value and business objectives

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on AI-powered or agentic product features
• Experience in SaaS product management; familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus
• Working knowledge of AI/ML capabilities as applied to product features
• Strong strategic thinking skills, capable of balancing short-term delivery with long-term product integrity
• Proficient in data analysis to derive actionable insights from complex datasets
