Senior AI Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the discovery and delivery of AI-native capabilities, the full-time remote Senior AI Product Manager will define product vision and strategy, enhance workflows, and drive commercialization efforts across multiple product domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact AI use cases and lead structured discovery with stakeholders to translate problems into validated product opportunities
• Define reusable AI capabilities and partner with engineering to design scalable AI architecture and workflows
• Drive alignment across teams to establish KPIs, measure performance, and ensure effective embedding of AI capabilities into customer workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience in SaaS product leadership and AI-driven solutions
• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise software with demonstrated experience in AI/ML-powered features
• Strong product discovery and problem framing capabilities, with the ability to translate technical AI concepts into business value
• Familiarity with modern AI product development, including LLMs and AI copilots, along with experience in healthcare IT or regulated industries
• Certifications in Pragmatic Marketing, Agile/Scrum, or AI/ML are a plus
