Job Summary

Owning the transition to AI-driven marketing solutions, the full-time Senior AI Program Manager will identify and automate manual workflows, build scalable systems, and enhance data connectivity to support revenue growth in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and replace manual workflows with AI-driven solutions across marketing
• Build and deploy workflows for content, segmentation, reporting, and lead enrichment
• Design systems and data pipelines that automatically surface insights and automate reporting

Required qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of experience in marketing, marketing technology, growth, or RevOps
• Proven ability to independently build AI-driven solutions from manual workflows
• Strong AI fluency with hands-on experience using automation tools
• Technical aptitude with systems, APIs, webhooks, and data flows
• Builder mindset demonstrated through projects or internal tools
