Senior AI Program Manager

Job Summary

Bridging Talent's workflow challenges with practical AI solutions, the full-time remote Senior AI Program Manager will identify high-value problems, build working prototypes, and translate them into product requirements while collaborating closely with engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Talent teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunities addressing workflow pain points
• Build working AI prototypes using LLM APIs and workflow automation tools for stakeholder feedback
• Translate validated prototypes into product requirements and collaborate with engineering for production implementation

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in product management, applied AI, or HR technology
• Hands-on experience building with AI, including LLM APIs and workflow automation tools
• Working knowledge of core Talent processes such as Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
• Familiarity with HR technology platforms like Workday or Eightfold is a plus
• Strong communication skills to explain AI capabilities to non-technical stakeholders
