Senior AI Programs Manager

Job Summary

Owning the AI strategy and roadmap for the Scaled Customer Enablement Agent Suite, the full-time Senior AI Programs Manager will drive the rollout and adoption of automated learning insights, collaborating across departments to enhance account health and user training globally.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and architecture direction for the Scaled Customer Enablement Agent Suite, defining data inputs and agent behaviors
• Lead the rollout and drive field adoption of the Scaled Customer Enablement Agent Suite, delivering automated insights to Account Teams
• Define predictive signals and analytics to flag emerging account-health issues and integrate these into leadership reviews

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, GTM Program Management, or Sales Operations in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Proven track record of managing complex workstreams and delivering global field motions with measurable adoption
• Hands-on fluency with modern AI systems, including RAG pipelines and LLM-powered workflows
• Demonstrated experience owning a product or system area end to end, from defining requirements to shipping AI-powered capabilities
• Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to ensure a unified enablement vision
