Senior AI Project Manager

Job Summary

Focusing on customer-facing software and AI/GenAI projects, the full-time Senior AI Project Manager will manage day-to-day project delivery, coordinate with technical and business stakeholders, and ensure clear communication across teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage software and AI/GenAI delivery projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and customer expectations
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and core delivery documentation while communicating project status, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle and contribute to PMO best practice adoption

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing customer-facing software or SaaS delivery projects
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
• Familiarity with AI delivery, including conversational AI, LLM, or NLU projects
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Salesforce, or Power BI
• PMP certification is preferred
