Senior AI Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing complex AI projects, the full-time remote Senior AI Project Manager will oversee project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes while leading cross-functional teams and fostering client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery while managing scope and risks
• Lead team collaboration and mentoring, driving delivery excellence through continuous improvement and effective communication
• Act as a Product Owner when applicable, translating client needs into actionable product development and managing the product backlog

Required qualifications

• Substantial experience in delivering high-complexity software projects, ideally in AI or emerging technologies
• Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and navigate challenging conversations
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects from ideation to final delivery
• Familiarity with agile and traditional delivery methodologies
• Professional certifications such as PMP or CSM are a plus but not required
