Senior AI Project Manager
Job Summary
Supporting customer-facing software and AI/GenAI projects, the full-time Senior AI Project Manager will manage day-to-day project delivery, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure effective communication across teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage software and AI delivery projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and customer expectations
- Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and core delivery documentation while communicating project status to stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle and support escalation handling with professionalism
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing customer-facing software or SaaS delivery projects
- Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Familiarity with AI delivery, including conversational AI, LLM, or NLU projects
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Salesforce, or Power BI
- PMP certification preferred
