Senior AI Quality Engineer

Job Summary

Senior AI Quality Engineer, responsible for ensuring the production readiness and trustworthiness of AI systems through the development of automated testing frameworks and quality practices in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and ship automated validation frameworks and evaluation pipelines across the AI lifecycle
• Design an integrated AI testing platform with Databricks and MLflow for repeatable testing and auditability
• Create large-scale test suites to validate workflows and ensure safe degradation under uncertainty

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, primarily in backend or platform systems
• Proven experience in designing and implementing AI testing automation in production environments
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript within modern AI engineering stacks
• Experience with CI/CD integration and embedding automated tests into deployment pipelines
• Solid understanding of AWS cloud-native architectures and operational risk in regulated environments
