Senior AI Reconciliation Analyst

Job Summary

Senior AI Reconciliation Analyst is a full-time remote position responsible for establishing the reconciliation foundation for financial data systems, designing data pipelines, and implementing AI-powered matching logic.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data infrastructure for transaction reconciliation across internal and external systems
• Develop and maintain anomaly detection rules and evolve them using machine learning signals
• Build pipelines to flag and triage unmatched records for efficient resolution

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or financial data roles
• Deep proficiency in SQL and strong Python skills; experience with DBT is a plus
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks, including pipeline development
• Familiarity with ACH transaction cycles and financial settlement processes
• Experience building anomaly detection logic and exposure to probabilistic/fuzzy matching techniques
