Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience, including 1+ year hiring GenAI Engineers
• Experience in hiring for a tech startup or an agency serving tech startups, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Experience hiring for various departments within an organization
• Proven track record of enhancing a company's hiring lifecycle through data validation
• Confident and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
