Senior AI Research Scientist

Job Summary

Innovating within the conversational AI platform, the full-time Senior AI Research Scientist will finetune large language models using state-of-the-art methods, create conversational workflows, and collaborate with teams to enhance user experiences remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Finetune LLMs using reinforcement learning and other state-of-the-art methods
• Create conversational workflows that integrate tool-calls and static knowledge
• Collaborate with agent teams to incorporate business logic into conversations

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with post-training on large language models
• In-depth knowledge of reinforcement learning approaches such as GRPO and DAPO
• Ability to develop resourceful end-to-end systems
