Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI Sales Training Specialist responsible for designing and delivering training workshops for channel partners in AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly face-to-face training sessions for customers and partners, with up to 80% travel
• Collaborate with sales, partner, product, and technical marketing teams to enhance partner confidence in AI solutions
• Develop and refine sales training materials and courses aligned with company strategy

Required Qualifications

• BS/MS or equivalent experience in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field
• 12+ years of field experience, including 5+ years in sales roles for AI-related data center technologies
• Solid proficiency with AI concepts, including Machine Learning and Generative AI
• Proven success in guiding customers through the buyer's journey for accelerated computing solutions
• Demonstrated experience in delivering sales training
