Senior AI Scientist

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior AI Scientist for a full-time hybrid position, who will develop and refine AI features on the Pigment computation engine, contribute to production code in Python, and conduct experiments to enhance model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI features that ensure determinism, auditability, and data visualizations
• Contribute to production features while following experiments from ideation to deployment
• Research and apply advancements in agentic architecture, NLP, and large language models

Required qualifications

• MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in Python and relevant ML and GenAI libraries
• Hands-on experience with evaluating and fine-tuning pre-trained models
• Knowledge of recent developments in Agentic Architecture
• Experience with LLM or deep-learning-based tabular data understanding
