Senior AI Security Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the security, governance, and risk management of AI, the full-time Senior AI Security Engineer will architect a comprehensive AI security program, drive policy and technical controls across the AI lifecycle, and conduct adversarial testing of AI systems in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement a multi-layer AI security framework encompassing data classification, detection and response, and adversarial testing
• Evaluate and operate AI-specific security tooling, integrating them into existing security operations
• Conduct AI red-team assessments and adversarial testing to identify vulnerabilities in AI applications

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Security Engineering with a solid understanding of the Software Engineering process
• Hands-on experience with adversarial AI techniques such as prompt injection and data poisoning
• Familiarity with AI security frameworks like NIST AI RMF and ISO 42001
• Proficiency in GitHub and Python for security tooling and automated testing
• Demonstrated experience with Enterprise AI platforms such as Claude Enterprise or OpenAI Enterprise
