Senior AI Security Engineer

Job Summary

To lead the company's strategy for securing AI technologies, the full-time Senior AI Security and Governance Engineer will establish governance frameworks, manage AI security protocols, and ensure data protection across AI workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement an enterprise AI governance framework aligned with industry standards and regulations
• Lead AI-specific threat modeling and enforce secure development practices for AI systems
• Design and enforce data access controls and monitoring mechanisms to protect sensitive information in AI applications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 8-12+ years of experience in security architecture, application security, or cloud security
• 3+ years of hands-on experience securing AI/ML systems in enterprise settings
• Proven experience in defining and implementing AI governance frameworks
• Strong background in threat modeling and risk management across complex systems
