Job Summary

Focused on building the next generation of AI-powered features, the full-time Senior AI Software Developer will design, develop, and deploy generative AI product features while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy generative AI product features from initial prototype through scaled production use
• Build and ship agentic workflows that accomplish real customer outcomes, ensuring rigorous evaluation systems are in place
• Mentor and coach engineers on AI engineering practices, while contributing to strategic architectural decisions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Hands-on experience developing generative AI product features in production
• Strong command of object-oriented programming and software design principles
• Proficiency in Python and at least one statically-typed language (C#, Java, or similar)
• Experience with SQL databases and modern web technologies
