Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Mathematics, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field
• Strong track record in machine learning and AI, particularly in deep learning for biomedical applications
• Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow and code versioning tools like Git
• Familiarity with genetic variant standards and clinical data ontologies
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data analyses into actionable insights for multidisciplinary teams
