Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Agentic AI Software Engineer (100% Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and implement improvements to the code base for enhanced AI agent performance
- Collaborate with engineers in a low-process environment to drive decisions and documentation using AI
- Architect scalable solutions and work with PMs to define and refine the technical roadmap
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to direct AI agents and automate workflows in software systems
- Expertise in designing technical guardrails and feedback loops for AI productivity
- Strong product thinking focused on customer experience and software architecture
- Experience or willingness to learn distributed system development in Scala
