Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Agentic AI Software Engineer (100% Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and execute improvements to the code base for enhanced agent performance
• Collaborate with engineers in a low-process environment to drive decisions and document specifications
• Architect scalable solutions and work with PMs to define and refine the project roadmap

Required Qualifications

• Experience directing AI agents and automated workflows in software development
• Expertise in designing technical guardrails and feedback loops for AI productivity
• Strong product thinking with a focus on customer experience
• Experience or willingness to learn distributed system development in Scala
• Proven ability to navigate and deliver results in complex codebases
