Senior AI Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer to design and build AI-powered conversational platforms and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered conversational and automation platforms used in production
• Develop and maintain Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for complex content
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) into enterprise and legacy systems securely

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred, but not required
• Equivalent professional experience accepted in place of a degree
• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience building and supporting production systems
• Experience in healthcare, benefits, or other regulated industries is a plus
