Senior AI Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer, Internal Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure MCP connectors for internal and third-party systems
• Build and maintain a shared library of agent skills for team use
• Develop tooling for non-engineers to create and manage reusable agent skills securely

Required Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience shipping production systems
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/Node, or Rust
• Experience building developer tooling, platforms, or internal frameworks
• Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda and API Gateway
• Direct experience with AI tooling and agent frameworks
