Senior AI Software Engineer

Job Summary

Senior AI Software Engineer, a full-time remote position responsible for developing AI-augmented workflows and enhancing the engineering team's AI fluency through hands-on coding and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate fluency in Ruby on Rails and work effectively with AI coding agents
• Implement structured workflows using Claude Code for planning, coding, and testing
• Serve as a technical resource for AI-augmented workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in Ruby, with knowledge of Python and Go
• Proven daily use of Claude Code for agentic coding
• Experience with multi-agent workflows and AI-assisted development
• Strong fundamentals in system design and architecture reasoning
• Ability to teach and share knowledge effectively within a team
