Senior AI Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the AI Dev Team, the full-time Senior AI Software Engineer will design and build scalable applications and intelligent workflows to enhance the Loan Origination and Servicing platform, while working remotely to deliver real-time insights and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain agentic workflows that support business-critical processes
• Contribute to Atlas by authoring reusable skills and improving the infrastructure for scalable AI adoption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience delivering production AI/ML systems, including LLM-powered applications
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Deep proficiency in Python and modern backend frameworks such as FastAPI
