Senior AI Software Engineer

Job Summary

Experienced engineers will find a full-time Senior AI Software Engineer opportunity focused on owning complex features end-to-end, contributing to architectural decisions, and leveraging AI tools throughout the product development lifecycle in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement complex, production-grade features while contributing to architectural discussions and ensuring code quality
• Utilize AI tools throughout the development process, from shaping requirements to operating code in production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand goals, identify technical constraints, and communicate risks effectively

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering complex features
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, and AWS; familiarity with GraphQL, SST, Terraform, and GitHub Actions is a plus
• Active daily use of AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor
• Solid engineering fundamentals in software architecture, testing, and observability
• Experience as an individual contributor on a team, participating in code and design reviews with genuine engagement
