Senior AI Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of innovative AI-centric systems in the offensive security sector, the remote Senior AI Software Engineer will drive product innovation, mentor junior engineers, and oversee the end-to-end development of scalable software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deliver scalable AI-centric software systems
• Drive the development of AI capabilities for identifying vulnerabilities and automating penetration testing processes
• Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and design sessions while mentoring junior engineers

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in distributed-systems and backend software engineering
• Expert knowledge of Golang (4+ years) and solid hands-on experience with Python
• Experience with AI technologies, including LLMs and optimization techniques
• Strong experience with microservices, REST API design, and asynchronous messaging technologies
• Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative environment involving various stakeholders
