Senior AI Software Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance the Conversational Intelligence Platform, the full-time Senior AI Software Engineer will build reliable and scalable infrastructure for real-time AI workloads, focusing on LLM orchestration and event-driven messaging in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the reliability of the event-driven messaging layer, including backpressure management and retry strategies
• Build and operate infrastructure for LLM orchestration workloads at scale
• Maintain observability for the CI platform, including structured logging and error tracking

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing production-grade Python services at scale
• Hands-on experience operating LLM inference infrastructure and designing distributed, event-driven systems
• Deep command of Python internals and production experience with Pydantic and structured data modeling
• Proficiency with observability tooling such as OpenTelemetry and Sentry
• Experience with Azure cloud platform services
