Senior AI Software Engineer

Job Summary

To develop innovative financial technology solutions, the full-time Senior Agentic AI Software Engineer will work remotely or in a hybrid environment, focusing on building AI agents, enhancing internal tools, and implementing full stack development across the software development lifecycle while mentoring junior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and test AI agents and APIs, ensuring solutions are well-tested before deployment
• Create and execute unit tests, analyze code for defects, and enforce coding standards to improve application quality
• Write automation test scripts, track defects, and provide technical support for production incidents

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
• 5+ years of experience in full stack software development, including frontend and backend engineering
• Experience with AI/ML technologies, particularly in building applications using agentic systems
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Experience with cloud services, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS)
