Senior AI Software Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance AI integration in healthcare, the full-time remote Senior AI Software Engineer will implement full-stack features that integrate LLM APIs and SDKs, manage end-to-end feature development, and collaborate with product, design, and clinical operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Implement full-stack feature work that integrates LLM APIs and SDKs into member- and care-team-facing product surfaces
• Own features end to end, including system design, model/SDK integration, evals, and UX to ensure trust and usability
• Build observability and evals alongside features to measure and improve quality

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an engineer with a strong full-stack product engineering background
• Experience integrating LLM APIs or SDKs into a shipped product
• Strong product sense with a focus on user engagement and measurable value
• Experience building evals or quality measurement for AI features
• Familiarity with AI assistants for engineering and the ability to discern their reliability
