Senior AI Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the development of advanced language and voice technologies, the full-time Senior AI Software Engineer will design and optimize large language model applications, prototype machine learning features, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance conversational AI experiences in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize LLM applications such as retrieval-augmented generation and classification
• Prototype and productionize machine learning and AI features in Python, integrating with backend services
• Collaborate with product and medical teams to develop safeguards and business constraints for AI outputs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or applied machine learning with a focus on real-world AI/ML systems
• Proficiency in backend development using Python (Flask or FastAPI) and experience with LLMs
• Solid understanding of embeddings and embedding databases
• Experience in NLP or speech processing technologies
• Familiarity with modern AI/ML frameworks and tools such as Hugging Face and OpenAI API
