Senior AI Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Leading the design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions, the contract Senior AI Solutions Architect will work remotely to implement Generative AI, Large Language Models, and intelligent automation to enhance internal operations in Customer Service and Supply Chain functions.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deliver AI-driven applications and automation solutions for internal business use cases
• Design and implement Generative AI, LLM, and RAG-based systems using appropriate platforms and frameworks
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship while translating business requirements into AI-enabled solutions that drive operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Generative AI
• 3+ years of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• 3+ years of experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Experience in developing technical architectures and implementation roadmaps
• Ability to evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend scalable solutions
