Senior AI Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior AI Solutions Architect for a full-time remote position, responsible for developing AI solutions using Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Google Dialogflow CX, while integrating conversational agents and enhancing their performance through natural language processing.

Key responsibilities

• Designing and implementing Agentic AI solutions, including API development and integration with various systems
• Training and deploying AI models, monitoring performance, and creating dashboards for solution metrics
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure AI systems align with governance policies and best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline
• Five years of IT experience, with at least two years in AI conversational agents using Microsoft and Google ecosystems
• Experience in developing and maintaining SharePoint online solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, or Python
• Hands-on experience with natural language processing and AI model deployment
