Senior AI Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior AI Solutions Consultant, the candidate will architect and implement AI-driven solutions within the claims process, serve as a strategic advisor to clients, and act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and configure custom AI Agents to integrate into the claims process
• Develop operational flows using Snapsheet's Claim Platform and advanced AI tools, demonstrating impact and ROI
• Lead weekly client meetings to identify operational challenges and guide clients toward desired outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 3-5+ years of experience in P&C claim organizations
• Strong understanding of P&C claims processes
• Experience in a B2B client-facing or account management role
• Technical aptitude with a focus on AI and workflow automation
