Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, or full-stack development
• Proven track record of designing and delivering production systems for multiple teams or products
• Expert proficiency in Python and experience with modern front-end frameworks
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and modern AI tooling
• Strong architectural judgment and ability to influence roadmap decisions
