Key Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of the AI platform across various teams to ensure active usage in workflows
• Build and maintain enablement resources to facilitate independent onboarding onto the AI platform
• Establish a feedback loop between stakeholders and the AI platform team to shape the platform's roadmap

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience as a forward-deployed or solutions engineer driving adoption of a technical platform
• Background in developing internal enablement programs or training curricula
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives for business audiences
• Experience acting as a product-minded liaison to gather feedback and shape product roadmaps
• Familiarity with AI/ML platform tooling and workflow automation
