Senior AI Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative AI-driven solutions, the full-time Senior AI Solutions Engineer will architect and implement custom AI configurations, advise clients on operational improvements, and serve as a liaison between engineering and customer teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and configure custom AI Agents for integration into the claims process
• Develop operational flows using the Claim Platform and advanced AI tools, demonstrating impact and ROI
• Lead weekly client meetings to identify operational pain points and strategic priorities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 3-5+ years of experience with P&C claim organizations
• Strong understanding of P&C claims processes
• Experience in a B2B client-facing or account management role
• Technical aptitude with a focus on AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and workflow automation
