Senior AI Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Serving as the senior technical lead for enterprise AI initiatives, the full-time Senior AI Solutions Engineer will develop and support solutions across Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure AI services during a 3-to-6-month contract, ensuring alignment with business needs and governance protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the senior AI Solutions Engineer, translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions and recommending architectural and integration approaches
• Support the delivery and optimization of Copilot Studio agents and maintain related Power Automate flows and integrations
• Provide technical guidance on AI governance, citizen development, and M365 Copilot integration, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in system development with a focus on programming concepts
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade AI solutions and Microsoft platform integrations
• Deep familiarity with Microsoft AI stack, including Copilot Studio and Azure AI services
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in AI or cloud architecture are preferred
