Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist - AI Strategy & Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define and scope complex strategic questions suitable for Big AI intervention
• Design and implement custom AI and machine learning models to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights
• Pioneer methods for formalizing business workflows to optimize processes using AI models

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative or technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in applied data science, AI research, or machine learning
• Strong experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their deployment methodologies
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and experience with core data science libraries/frameworks
• Proven ability to translate complex business problems into well-defined AI/ML projects
