Senior AI Talent Lead

Job Summary

The full-time Senior AI Talent Lead will work remotely to identify high-value AI opportunities within Talent functions, develop and prototype AI solutions, and collaborate with engineering teams to translate prototypes into production-ready applications.

Key responsibilities

• Partnering with Talent teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunities
• Designing and building working AI prototypes for stakeholder validation
• Translating validated prototypes into product requirements and collaborating with engineering for deployment

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product management, applied AI, or related fields, ideally within Talent/HR
• Proven track record of building AI solutions using LLM APIs and related tools
• Experience in taking solutions from concept to production deployment
• Strong understanding of Talent processes and their data characteristics
• Fluency with modern AI tools and familiarity with HR technology platforms
