Senior AI Technical Lead

Job Summary

To support client engagements in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior AI Technical Lead will serve as the technical authority for AI-driven projects, design and deliver conversational AI solutions, and lead multi-agent AI system architecture while mentoring technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority and delivery lead for AI-driven engagements
• Design, develop, and deliver conversational AI solutions using modern orchestration platforms
• Lead the architecture of multi-agent AI systems and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines

Required qualifications

• 8-10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a technical lead role
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI or Google Vertex AI
• Proficiency in Python 3.10+ and experience deploying production services using FastAPI or similar frameworks
• Experience designing and deploying RAG pipelines with vector databases like Milvus or OpenSearch
• Strong client-facing communication skills for presenting technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
