Senior AI Tools Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior AI Tools Engineer, the candidate will build and deploy AI-powered tools for the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Data Team, optimizing the global GeForce NOW service through data analysis and automation.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and implement AI/ML tools to analyze production data for root cause identification and operational trend prediction
• Lead the development of LLM- and Agent-based systems to enhance operational efficiency
• Establish and maintain data management practices, including building pipelines for large-scale data sources essential for model development

Required qualifications:

• B.S. in Computer Science, Statistics, or Engineering (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years in a related field
• Strong proficiency in Python; familiarity with Go or other systems languages is a plus
• Practical experience in building, optimizing, and deploying AI tools
• Hands-on experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and cloud environments (AWS)
• Expertise in automation and managing large-scale data pipelines
