Senior AI Training Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance employee capabilities in a rapidly evolving workforce, the full-time remote Senior AI Training Specialist will design, implement, and continuously improve scalable learning solutions focused on AI and technical skills, partnering with various stakeholders to translate skill needs into effective learning pathways and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise AI and technical upskilling programs, including foundational AI literacy and role-based technical learning
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill needs and shape learning experiences that align with business priorities
• Utilize LMS data and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements for scalability and adoption

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development and Learning Management Systems administration
• Experience with the Learning Management System Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) in a global/complex environment
• Foundational understanding of AI concepts and responsible AI practices, with the ability to translate these into learning content
• Proven ability to design and develop instructional materials across various formats, including eLearning and instructor-led training
• Demonstrated experience in partnering with stakeholders across functions to deliver effective learning solutions
