Senior AI Transformation Analyst
Job Summary
To support a strategic client engagement, the full-time Senior AI Transformation Process Analyst will analyze current-state processes, identify automation and AI opportunities, and develop business blueprints for future-state workflows while collaborating with stakeholders and technical experts.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops to understand current processes and identify operational challenges
- Assess business functions for suitability of agentic AI solutions and evaluate potential business value
- Develop business blueprints that define requirements, workflows, and success measures for proposed solutions
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
- Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, or consulting engagements
- Strong facilitation skills and experience documenting business processes and requirements
- Ability to analyze complex business challenges and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
