Senior AI Transformation Consultant

Job Summary

Leading client engagements in a fully remote capacity, the Senior AI Transformation Consultant will manage the engagement lifecycle from discovery assessments to roadmap design and executive communication, partnering with engineers and architects to deliver AI solutions for private equity portfolio companies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client-facing discovery and assessment engagements, including AI readiness and vulnerability scoring
• Translate assessment findings into executive-grade roadmaps with phased ROI projections
• Build trust with client engineering leaders and co-design adoption paths for new AI capabilities

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in data and AI consulting, with 3+ years in a client-facing senior or manager role
• Track record running enterprise AI programs that connect C-level alignment to delivery outcomes
• Experience in Big Four, MBB, or boutique consulting firms, or equivalent advisory experience in a data/AI-forward enterprise
• Fluency with modern AI system concepts and data platforms like Databricks and Snowflake
• Demonstrated change management experience partnering with client engineering organizations
